The Carafe

A silhouette with historical antecedents in medieval English baluster jugs, the Carafe is tall enough to hold water for the table, a bottle of wine, or a handful of wispy stems. The simplified curves create a neck that can be easily gripped, poured from and passed around.

Each Carafe is handthrown by East Fork co-founder John Vigeland in Asheville, North Carolina.
